Ok, I really need to make a schedule for myself. Good god, I can’t seem to get on a sleep or work schedule that’s consistent. So, I end up working, on and off, for like 12 hours to complete 8 hours of work, then I end up oversleeping the next day and ACK.

Anyone have advice on how to get yourself on a schedule when you work from home and LOVE to sleep?  It really doesn’t help that it’s cold out and the cats have fallen in love with sleeping on me. It’s so hard to get up when you’ve got bundles of purr keeping you warm.
